You're a machine, Paul. I like the stripped back folk angle. You say "quickly performed," but what's the story? Are these archive recordings of yours? Love the Simon & Garfunkel feel you've given "Boots of Spanish Leather." You sound at home with this style.

Good call, Willard. These are actually archived sessions, recorded very quickly in the mid-late 90's on an analog 4-track machine. Recorded over a weekend, I even left in some slight mistakes, as long as the feel was right. I did try to keep it stripped back, to fit the genre. The only thing I did recently was post-production: Compression, EQ, some reverb where needed, normalizing and a widening of the stereo field. All this makes my 'sit down and turn the machine on' sessions pretty listenable. Thank you so much for your comments and for listening to the tracks.
